Step 1. connect to Skydrive manage page: https://skydrive.live.com/ManageStorage.
Click free upgrade button.

步驟一. 連到  Skydrive 管理網址 https://skydrive.live.com/ManageStorage.
按下免費升級按鈕。

Step 2. If you are lucky, the space will show 25 GB now!
步驟二. 如果沒問題的話，畫面顯示的空間就會從 7 GB 變為 25 GB了!
